Is transportation provided to and from campus from the airport?

GIV provides shuttle service for dancers arriving by plane, train or bus. You can select shuttle service when you register, or can log back into your account to add shuttle service once your travel plans are made. Completing the transportation/shuttle section of the registration form is THE ONLY WAY to request transportation assistance. No form - no shuttle service. Recommended arrival time for Dorm check-in on July 27, 2024 between 5:00 - 8:00pm and recommended departure time on August 2nd, 2024 between 3:30 - 5:30pm. These are just recommendations and we realize that flight times do not always work with our recommendations. 

BASIC FEE
Bradley Airport: $60 per person one way / $100 Round trip per person

Train/Bus: $30 per person one way

We are no longer offering UNACCOMPANIED Minor services. Please check with each airline regarding the minimum age to travel alone.

 

FLIGHT CANCELLATION OR DELAY

  • PARENTS MUST CHECK IN WITH THE AIRLINES PRIOR TO THEIR DEPARTURE FLIGHT FROM BRADLEY AIRPORT  TO MAKE SURE THE DANCER'S FLIGHT HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED. G4 personnel will not be checking flights to make sure there are no changes or delays. PARENTS  AND/OR DANCERS MUST DO THIS. If a flight is cancelled or delayed, a parent MUST NOTIFY the transportation coordinators and their dancer ASAP.
     

SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE FOLLOWING VENUES ONLY:

  • Bradley International Airport, Hartford, CT

  • Amtrak Train Station, Springfield, MA or Northampton, MA

  • Bus Stations in Springfield, MA or Northampton, MA

  • We DO NOT provide shuttle service to or from any other locations

 

Once you have submitted your flight information to our transportation coordinator, it is the responsibility of dancers to communicate any changes in arrival or departure information
