What happens on the "arrival" and "departure" days?

​

ARRIVAL DAY - Sunday

• Plan to arrive between 9am - 11 am (we understand there will be late arrivals throughout the afternoon and evening)

• Safety and welcome orientation with G4 and Williston staff early evening

• Classes begin at 12:00pm

 

DEPARTURE DAY - Friday

• Friday morning class and wrap-up session with faculty is optional

• 12:00 - 2:00pm is the preferred window of time for departures

• Airport is a 45-minute ride and Bus/Train is a 30-minute ride, so plan to book transportation accordingly
